FIRST DAY
We are waiting for you at the airport, a hired coach will take you to the hotel where we invite you to a welcome meeting, during which we will tell you more about the camp and meet other participants. The next day, before breakfast, we will measure your body.
LAST DAY
There are no training sessions on the last day. In the morning we will take measurements of your body, and after the measurements we invite you for a farewell breakfast. Check-out until 12:00.

Most trainings are arranged on a beautiful beach, under the supervision of our coaches, every day, regardless of the weather, holidays and days off. 
Your task is to eat, exercise and sleep :). Remember that our holidays are for EVERYONE! Trainings are tailored to EVERY participant. You don't have to worry about failing. You can do each workout at your own pace or skip it if you're just fed up.
