REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

• send us a message and wait for a return e-mail from us with terms and conditions,

• make a payment of 30% of the amount due for the stay. The payment is a condition of the reservation,

• the second part (70%) should be paid up to 7 days before the start of the holiday,

• read the REGULATIONS and rules resignation.

The first payment is tantamount to acceptance of the booking conditions and regulations.

Activities organized by HolidaysBeFit take the form of recreational physical activities conducted in an open area, usually on the beach.
HolidaysBeFit services can be used by persons who are over 18 years of age,

are healthy and have no health contraindications to perform physical exercises. (requiredcertificate medical)

Persons who are under 18 years of age and have made an application should present a written consent of their guardian to participate in the classes.
In the event of serious health problems, injury or pregnancy, the organizer must be informed at the time of registration.
HolidaysBeFit is not responsible for the valuables of customers and for items left in the rooms.
In the event of the Customer's resignation from participation in the camp, the following policy applies:

• resignation from participation up to 15 days before the start of the camp - refund minus the non-refundable registration fee - 300 €;

• resignation from participation 14 days (and less) before the start of the camp - refund for the camp is 0%

• in both of the above cases, instead of resignation, it is possible to change the date.

Making the first payment is tantamount to acceptance of the above booking conditions.

This offer constitutes an offer within the meaning of art. 66 par.1 of the Civil Code. In the case of an advance payment by the participant, the participant accepts this offer and thus accepts all the terms of this offer.

HolidaysBeFit reserves the right to cancel the camp if the number of participants registered for a given date is less than 4 people. In this case, all funds paid will be returned within 7 working days from the announcement of the decision to cancel the camp.
